We'll be in touch with all our customers to install a smart meter and in home display (IHD) at no extra cost. This is part of our commitment to upgrade everyone on supply with us by 2020 in line with the national government rollout.

We follow the Smart Metering Installation Code of Practice (SMICOP) which means we give you all the right information and support throughout the Smart Meter installation process.
